Welcome to the Range® Meat Academy Farm Store! We started in 2002 with Range® Inc., a marketing and education company. Customers asked Kari to write a book on cutting beef, so The Art of Beef Cutting came to life. Kari did workshops and presentations all over the country teaching about cutting and merchandising meat (mostly beef, pork, and lamb). Again, people were asking for more information and formal teaching. So we tried opening a brick-and-mortar butchery school. But the funding required for the size and quality of the school we envisioned was just too much. We even changed brands for a short time to try and get it done- Big Mistake! So back to the drawing board. Range® Meat Academy online was established in 2018. It was a two-year labor of love, and now we have students worldwide. Our students are now asking for RMA products, especially knives. So here we are opening an online store. Our featured product is a 7-piece RMA Butcher Knife and Storage Roll. Kari carefully chose knives she considers essential for students or the experienced meat cutter in their bag.
